Components and concepts

Before Stuttgart Rosenstein is completed, many individual components will have to be developed. This includes special components such as cultural buildings, schools, existing buildings, the open space ideas and many others. Many of these sub-projects have to be checked for their practicability in feasibility and construction studies. In addition, in-depth concepts, such as design or energy guidelines will be developed. Before construction work can start, there are numerous procedures to be finalised, for instance, development plan procedures or structural engineering competitions.
