The vision
Urban and diverse, social and dynamic, networked and climate-adapted – that is how Stuttgart Rosenstein should feel!

The guiding principle characterises Stuttgart Rosenstein. The aim is to blend living with working, learning and cultural events and no longer separating these. The supposed disparities are regarded as a whole and this leads to a variety of potential uses at all levels. This includes a well thought-out use of land and sustainable building materials, modern forms of mobility and traffic management as well as a systematically planned greened neighbourhood, not only on roofs and façades.
This results in a lively location – combining needs, shortening distances and creating a new form of identification. Stuttgart Rosenstein is to become a neighbourhood for completely new opportunities for private, community and business life.
