In the middle of Stuttgart, as a prelude to the up-and-coming Rosenstein district and in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station, a unique place without the pressure to consume is to be created - a “place for everyone”. This place is aimed at everyone, whether you are just making a stopover in Stuttgart and still have some time until the next train arrives, whether you live in Stuttgart and don't want to do your home office at home, or just want to linger for a short walk - this place is for everyone.
The appearance of the building itself sends out a strong signal of sustainability and closeness to nature. The architecture is characterized by a green façade and the use of wood as the main building material. In contrast to the smooth, modern glass and concrete façades of the surrounding buildings, this building attracts attention in a pleasant way and at the same time conveys a sense of calm and security. The natural aesthetics and green spaces invite you to feel at ease and leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind.
At the heart of this green oasis will be an inviting hall that invites visitors to relax and unwind. In this hall, books can be borrowed and read in a cozy atmosphere.
