In the middle of Stuttgart, as a prelude to the up-and-coming Rosenstein district and in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station, a unique place without the pressure to consume is to be created - a “place for everyone”. This place is aimed at everyone, whether you are just making a stopover in Stuttgart and still have some time until the next train arrives, whether you live in Stuttgart and don't want to do your home office at home, or just want to linger for a short walk - this place is for everyone.

The appearance of the building itself sends out a strong signal of sustainability and closeness to nature. The architecture is characterized by a green façade and the use of wood as the main building material. In contrast to the smooth, modern glass and concrete façades of the surrounding buildings, this building attracts attention in a pleasant way and at the same time conveys a sense of calm and security. The natural aesthetics and green spaces invite you to feel at ease and leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind.

At the heart of this green oasis will be an inviting hall that invites visitors to relax and unwind. In this hall, books can be borrowed and read in a cozy atmosphere. It is a place of peace and quiet where you can immerse yourself in an exciting book or simply chill out. Children can play here safely and undisturbed, away from the cars and traffic noise, giving parents the chance to relax too.

For those who want to work, the place offers modern co-working spaces that provide all the necessary amenities. Here you can be productive without having to sit in a sterile office environment. If necessary, you can treat yourself to a coffee or a piece of cake - but that's not a must. The focus is on creating a relaxed and inspiring working atmosphere.

Another highlight of the project is the spacious roof garden, which not only offers space for urban gardening, but also serves as a social meeting place. In this green paradise, visitors can learn more about growing plants in workshops, get active themselves and harvest fresh vegetables and herbs. The communal kitchen on the roof invites people to cook together and organize culinary workshops. A space is created in which knowledge is shared and community is lived.

There is also a well-equipped bicycle garage and a bike-sharing system that supports sustainable transportation in the city. This facility not only promotes environmentally friendly mobility, but also makes it easy for visitors to reach the site and get around Stuttgart.

Here, residents and visitors to the city alike can feel at ease and switch off from everyday life. This place will show that a harmonious interplay between urban life and nature is possible and that community and sustainability can take center stage.
